This notice describes CoverPoint MSP’s position under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and the choices California residents have.

Our current status

The CCPA/CPRA applies to for-profit businesses that meet at least one statutory threshold — generally: (1) annual gross revenue over $25 million; (2) buying, selling, or sharing the personal information of 100,000 or more California consumers or households per year; or (3) deriving 50% or more of annual revenue from selling or sharing personal information.

CoverPoint MSP, LLC does not currently meet any of these thresholds, so we are not a “business” subject to the CCPA/CPRA. We also do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Even though the law does not currently require it, we voluntarily honor its core principles, described below. If our status ever changes, we will update this notice to provide the full set of CCPA/CPRA rights and procedures.

Principles we honor

  • Right to know what personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to delete the personal information you have given us.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • No sale or sharing of your personal information, and no discrimination for exercising these choices.

How to exercise your choices

To make a request or ask a question, email privacy@coverpointmsp.com or call (555) 213-4400. We will verify your request and respond as required by law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
